As we are getting closer to the release date, we thought you might be interested in some of the Behind the Scenes development.
Bible Bear is being created by two people - Ron and Cara. I am Cara, and I am in charge of the educational content and level design for the whole game. I also do most of the marketing and communication. Ron's job is to take my activity ideas and level designs and turn them into gorgeous artwork and program them. We work on the sound together, but he is the mastermind behind getting the game actually up and running.
Most games with this quality and scope would have a crew of at least 10 people. We are wearing many hats!
Here is an example of how production goes. The first picture is a sketch I made of how I imagined the beginning of one cutscene. It was made on paper with pencil. Ron took the idea I put on paper and drew it by hand into his computer. Later in the programming stage, he will add the speech bubbles.
